Jeffrey R. MeyerJeff is admitted to the New York State bar. He is a graduate of Albany High School, the University of New Hampshire, Durham (B.S., cum laude), and Vermont Law School (J.D., cum laude; Master of Studies in Environmental Law, magna cum laude). Jeff is a board member of the Warren County Bar Association, as well as the chair of the Real Property committee. He is also a member of the Washington County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. His practice areas include Business and Corporate Law; Environmental Law; Municipal Law; Real Estate and Land Use.

Jeff has represented clients with land use and planning issues since 2005 and has worked on a wide variety of municipal law issues, ranging from free speech to highway issues. He has worked extensively on State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR), stormwater compliance, site plan, subdivision, area variances, environmental permitting, and APA and LGPC applications and permitting. Over the course of this time Jeff has and continues to serve as counsel to a host of local municipalities in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.

Jeff is also extremely well versed in real property transactions including commercial and residential lending, secured transactions, and land use development. He has represented clients in the defense and prosecution of Article 78 litigation, site plan, subdivision, area variances, use variances, special use permits, preparation of local law drafting and adoption, SEQR compliance and litigation, environmental permitting, and APA and LGPC applications and permitting. Away from the practice of law, he is also the Treasurer of L.E.A.P. and a proud member of the Glens Falls Lions Club.
